This role contributes to sales goal attainment for department and organization goals, primarily by identifying members' product and service needs. Learned established processes and procedures provide a prescribed list of solutions for any member issues encountered. With no budgetary responsibilities, this role provides banking services, facilitates member transactions, promotes Members 1st and its services/customer service and supports general branch office operations and processing.
