Austin, TX Hybrid Contract/Temporary General $16.36 - $30.38/hr 1+ years Posted Today Job Description Location: 405 Comal St, Suite 340, Austin, TX 78702, United States Work Schedule: Hybrid; onsite 3 days a week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Compensation: $16.36 - $30.38 per hour Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital link in managing interview coordination, candidate support, and administrative functions to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with speed and accuracy, managing high-volume scheduling demands. Arrange candidate travel and expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance and proper documentation. Maintain precise records within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity. Communicate professionally and confidentially with candidates and internal teams throughout all stages of the recruitment process. Support candidates during onsite interviews by providing a welcoming and informative experience. Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to deliver a top-tier candidate experience across all touchpoints. Assist the corporate development team with administrative tasks and cross-functional projects. Utilize Google Suite applications to streamline scheduling, document management, and communication. Manage candidate information using Greenhouse ATS (preferred). Ensure timely and efficient scheduling, leveraging good time management skills to meet deadlines. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in scheduling or recruiting coordination. Demonstrated ability to handle complex, high-volume interview schedules efficiently. Strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with GSuite applications (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets). Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred. Preferred Skills & Experience: Project management skills and experience. Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS. Proven ability to manage large-scale scheduling efficiently. Good time scheduling capabilities are a significant plus.
