Growing together.The Registered Nurse Coordinator is responsible for providing direct nursing care by applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills, and for ensuring the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational and professional standards. As a coordinator he or she will provide team leadership to enhance the station or unit flow and functioning.You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Graduate from an approved RN nursing program2+ years in a clinical area related to assigned departmentValid and current Texas RN licenseCurrent BCLS through American Heart AssociationCRT experienceExperience leading a teamDemonstrated ability to use equipment and related supplies for selected patient population and for CPR, oxygen administration and intravenous therapyPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeACLS2+ years of ambulatory careSupervisory experienceSpecialty nursing certification appropriate to specialty area assignedWindows- based computer skillsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $35.00 to $63.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
