Associate Medical Sales Representative (Central Valley, CA)

Position Summary Associate Wound Care Consultants who are enthusiastic, dedicated, and driven to achieve outcomes. The role supports patients across the country, focusing on delivering life‑changing therapy through our patented Topical Wound Oxygen (TWO2) and NEXA™ NPWT System. The candidate will work within an excellent team environment, with opportunities for internal growth. Location Merced, CA & surrounding areas (remote work accepted). Employment Type Full‑Time. Territory‑Based Role Applicants must reside within or near the assigned territory. Assist wound care consultants with patient accounts in acute care facilities, wound care clinics, and other institutions. Obtain re‑authorizations and new prescribers monthly as needed. Provide in‑service training to hospital personnel and outpatient staff. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and patients to achieve annual performance and territory goals. Visit clients to help them understand company products and services. Handle product and service queries. Deliver product presentations to key customers and customer groups. Generate product usage through clinical research resources and sales collateral. Penetrate target accounts and allocate adequate time to each potential provider. Develop detailed knowledge of company products. Plan and attend trade shows to establish new business. Provide proactive assistance and support to clients and business partners. Offer professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service; resolve problems and follow up with customers. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Passion for providing life‑changing therapy to patients with non‑healing chronic wounds. Highly competitive with a strong track record of success. Confidence to communicate with physicians and surgical personnel. Interpersonal savvy in hospital or outpatient clinic settings. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Willingness to develop analytic skills: pipeline management, territory analysis, and territory management. Ability to learn a complex sales process and navigate multiple decision makers. Valid driver’s license. Physical Demands Occasionally sit, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, bend, lift, or climb. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds or more. Require finger dexterity and hand coordination. Specific vision abilities required: close and distance vision, ability to adjust or focus. Work Environment Exposure to adverse conditions.
