Associate Attorney

Rosensteel Fleishman, PLLC is looking for an associate attorney to join our growing firm. 2 years’ experience in handling personal injury cases as well as courtroom experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Qualifications and Skills Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school Admission in good standing with the NC or SC State Bar. Detail-oriented Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient Ability to multi-task Prior experience with Needles Case Management Software is preferred Job Responsibilities Client intake and screening Oversee the paralegal assigned to the case Handle property damage Review medical records and draft demands Negotiate claims and communicate with the clients Handling all aspects of litigation from filing the Complaint through the trial.
