Provide information about insurance products and services.

Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

This position offers competitive base compensation + performance-based incentives/commission. High performers will have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through new business production, multi-line sales, Life and Health production, product-density growth, and achievement of agency production goals. The compensation structure is intentionally designed to reward activity, production, consistency and exceptional performance.
