Skin Health Medi-Spa is seeking a talented, dependable, and guest-focused *Hair Stylist* to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed professional who is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best and wants to build a career within an established, wellness-focused spa environment.

Our ideal candidate stays current with modern cutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care techniques while delivering a consistently welcoming and personalized guest experience. You should be comfortable recommending appropriate services and professional products, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and working collaboratively with other members of our spa team.

What You’ll Do

* Provide professional haircuts, blowouts, styling, coloring, chemical services, and therapeutic hair and scalp treatments within the scope of your training and licensure.
* Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand each guest’s goals, preferences, hair history, and ongoing care needs.
* Recommend appropriate services, treatments, maintenance plans, and professional retail products.
* Deliver services consistently and within the scheduled appointment time.
* Stay informed about current hair trends, techniques, products, sanitation standards, and industry best practices.
* Follow all Skin Health Medi-Spa service protocols, safety procedures, and guest-experience standards.
* Maintain a clean, sanitized, organized, and fully stocked workstation.
* Properly use, clean, and care for salon equipment, tools, supplies, and professional products.
* Use products responsibly and follow established inventory and cost-control procedures.
* Assist with monitoring and maintaining professional and retail product inventory.
* Support spa promotions, memberships, service packages, retail offerings, and special events.
* Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously.
* Assist with guest check-in, checkout, rebooking, and other service-related administrative responsibilities when needed.
* Communicate guest concerns, equipment issues, inventory needs, or other operational matters to management.
* Attend required training sessions, team meetings, and continuing-education opportunities.
* Collaborate with other spa professionals to create a positive, polished, and welcoming environment.
* Assist with other reasonable spa responsibilities as requested by management.

What We’re Looking For

* Current and active cosmetology or hair stylist license in the state where services are performed.
* Personal professional liability insurance, with the ability to name Skin Health LLC as an additional insured when required.
* Training and practical experience in professional cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical services.
* Strong knowledge of sanitation, sterilization, infection-control, and workplace safety requirements.
* Excellent communication, consultation, and guest-service skills.
* Professional appearance, positive attitude, and dependable work habits.
* Ability to manage appointment timing and remain attentive to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team.
* Willingness to learn Skin Health Medi-Spa’s specific hair, scalp, wellness, and product protocols.
* Comfort discussing and recommending services and products based on each guest’s needs.
* Reliable attendance and punctuality, with the ability to be fully prepared at the start of each scheduled shift.
* Flexibility to support the scheduling and operational needs of the spa.
