Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks a Therapy Assistant to support physical, occupational, and speech therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will assist therapists with patient treatment sessions, prepare and maintain rehab equipment, ensure safe patient mobility and transfers, and document care in the EMR. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll help patients recover from major illness and injury while practicing strong infection control, clear communication, and compassionate, patient-centered care.
