ERP Business Analyst Senior You will be the ERP Business Analyst Senior for the ERP team responsible for driving SAP/ERP initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities Facilitate the development, implementation, and sustainment of SAP/ERP systems and processes. Collaborate with multiple project teams to recommend improvements for SAP applicability in supply‑chain business processes. Design, configure, and test SAP supply‑chain modules—Procurement, Inventory Management, Receiving, and Transportation. Author functional specifications, master‑data records, reports, and custom transactions. Lead unit, integration, and operational readiness testing. Develop training documentation and conduct user training. Qualifications Deep SAP expertise in the aerospace and defense sector. Ability to translate complex business needs into practical system solutions. Experience in SAP functional modules and the overall procurement process from requirements to goods receipt. Experience authoring functional specs based on customer requirements. Experience working with ABAP developers to design and standardize customized functional solutions. Knowledge of SCM processes. Desired Skills Extended warehouse management (1LMX). Procurement Aero codes. Supplier Quality. ADP experience/knowledge. Familiarity with SAFe Agile principles. Sales order and demand knowledge. Basic Qualifications Aerospace & Defense experience. Overall understanding of procurement process. SAP functional experience. Experience in SCM process knowledge. Experience authoring functional specs based on customer requirements. Experience working with ABAP developers to design/standardize customized functional solutions. Location & Travel This position is in Fort Worth, TX. Must be a U.S. citizen. The position requires special security access. Schedule & Remote Work Schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Full‑time remote telework is an option, with occasional travel to a Lockheed Martin office. Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary: $93,800 – $162,610 for major metropolitan areas; $81,600 – $143,865 for other states. Compensation may vary by location. This position is incentive plan eligible.
