Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Georgia state PT license required
• Ability to treat CVA, amputee, orthopedics, debility, spinal cord, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, and fractures
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Experience with EPIC EMR

Assignment Details

• 40 scheduled hours per week
• Floating required between floors/units
