Warehouse Associate

Pay Range: $22.22hr - $27.22hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Two years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with shipping software and label printing.
• Knowledge of item recognition and counting.
• Knowledge of proper packaging techniques.
• Knowledge of safe lifting and cutting practices.
• Ability to comply with work instructions and corporate policies including safety and material management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks associated with receiving, pick, pack, and shipping operations.
• Handle receiving, pallet, and box breakdown using cutting tools.
• Perform material put away into storage or flow racks.
• Execute box builds and initiate orders on the line.
• Perform pre-packaging, counting, and material transfers.
• Conduct physical inventory and item picking with proper placement.
• Pack items using air pillows and tape guns.
• Manage shipping, affixing labels, and pallet preparation.
• Load trucks and fill or confirm orders.
• Perform offline filling of orders and labeling.
• Operate material handling equipment safely, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Maintain general cleanup and safety standards.
• Work and communicate effectively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements (Due to nature of job, the candidate must have):
