Warehouse Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to help ensure our supply chain operations run efficiently and seamlessly. Position Overview The Warehouse Operations Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between Blue Generation and our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse partner in Passaic, NJ. This highly visible role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating shipments, managing carrier relationships, solving logistics challenges, and ensuring customer requirements are executed accurately and on time. This opportunity is ideal for someone with hands-on warehouse and logistics experience who enjoys problem-solving, taking ownership, and working cross-functionally to keep operations moving. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & 3PL Operations Act as the primary point of contact between Blue Generation and our 3PL warehouse partner Monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure operational performance and service standards are met Coordinate inbound container receipts, inventory replenishment, and product flow Conduct regular on-site visits to the Passaic, NJ warehouse facility Collaborate with warehouse leadership to resolve operational issues and improve processes Logistics & Transportation Management Manage relationships with LTL carriers and transportation providers Negotiate freight rates and monitor carrier performance Resolve shipment issues including delays, damages, routing errors, and service failures Ensure orders are shipped accurately, efficiently, and cost-effectively Make informed packaging and shipping decisions based on product requirements and customer expectations Manage customer-specific shipping requirements, including: Labeling requirements Packaging specifications Compliance standards Partner with Customer Service and Production teams to ensure flawless order execution Monitor shipment status and proactively address potential service issues Trade Show & Event Logistics Coordinate shipping and logistics for trade shows and events Manage the transportation, tracking, and return of display booths and sample products Ensure materials arrive on schedule and in good condition Systems & Process Management Utilize SAP and other systems to manage orders, inventory visibility, and shipment tracking Maintain accurate operational records and reporting Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels Qualifications Required Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping Experience working with freight carriers, transportation logistics, and shipment coordination Knowledge of LTL shipping and carrier management Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Fluent in Spanish Comfortable learning and working within ERP systems Preferred Experience coordinating with or managing a 3PL warehouse partner SAP experience Wholesale distribution or apparel industry experience Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations Why Join Blue Generation?
