Requirements
Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Experience: Must have experience. While the platform may list "entry-level," our practice requires a seasoned professional ready to hit the ground running.
Core Skills: Proficiency in dental X-rays, professional cleanings, and sophisticated patient interaction.
Attributes: High energy, excellent communication skills, and a "team-first" mentality.
Job Description
Comprehensive Care: Deliver top-tier hygiene treatments and cleanings to a patient base that expects excellence.
Team Collaboration: Actively participate in our "all-hands-on-deck" culture—this includes helping teammates with X-rays, setting up operatories, and assisting with room turnover.
Patient Interaction: Use your strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, educate patients, and provide a five-star experience.
Clinical Support: Capture precise dental X-rays and maintain a clean, efficient workspace to ensure a seamless patient flow.
