Document Specialist

Position Legal Document Specialist – Full‑time, Tomahawk, Wisconsin. What You’ll Do Create and manage project permanent files. Perform data entry and run reports. Prepare and reproduce easements and other documents. Assist Supervisor and team with assigned aspects of projects. Compose internal and external correspondence as directed. Perform project‑related duties requested by Supervisor. Maintain strict confidentiality. Proofread documents for accuracy. Mailing, digital and hard‑copy filing per client specifications. Document recording. Project file close out. Other project related duties as required. Preferred Training and Skills 2+ years of office administrative experience. Utility, right‑of‑way, title, real estate experience a plus. Prior experience supporting engineering, utility or land services companies. Paralegal, Real Estate, or Business studies a plus. Detail oriented. Flexible and able to adapt to change. Strong computer/data entry skills. Ability to meet deadlines and occasionally work overtime. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Good communication skills and ability to write clearly.
