Job Title Registered Nurse – Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Oncology Location Philadelphia, PA Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (0700–1930) | 3×12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on an 18-bed Bone Marrow Transplant unit with nurse-to-patient ratios of 2:1 to 3:1 Administer chemotherapy and oncology-related treatments in accordance with established protocols Monitor and assess BMT patients throughout the shift, identifying and responding to changes in condition Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Float to a Medical-Surgical floor on an as-needed basis when unit census requires Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Proficiency in oncology nursing and chemotherapy administration Preferred Experience / Skills Experience in a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) setting Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) chemotherapy certification Why Join Us No on-call or holiday requirements, offering a more predictable and balanced schedule Weekend commitments are flexible and vary based on departmental needs Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 770981.
