Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative Warehouse/Logistics Experience to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative Warehouse/Logistics Experience, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $21-$22

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Assist customers with orders and make any necessary changes to ensure satisfaction
• Verify receivers against anticipated deliveries for accuracy and completeness
• Understand and utilize the inventory management system called WORCS
• Coordinate with departments to resolve customer challenges effectively
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for accountability and follow-up

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, must have experience or knowledge of warehousing or logistics
• Strong math skills and proficiency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, and Email
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
