Position Overview Riser Fitness isseekingpassionate and motivated fitness professionals to become Riser Pilates Trainers. This role provides hands‑on experience, structured education, and personalized mentorship to prepare you to confidently lead Level 1 and 1.5 Pilates classesat Riser FitnessranClub Pilates studios. You’lldevelopa strong foundationin Pilates principles, cueing, class design, and safe instruction—all while gaining real-world teaching experience in a supportive, team‑based environment. WhatWe’reLooking For MinimumRequirements: Current certification ina fitness, wellness, or health discipline (e.g., personal training, yoga, group fitness, dance, physical therapy, etc.) At least 2 years of experience teaching group fitness classes Understanding of movement mechanics, anatomy, and verbal cueing techniques Commitment to completing a full Mat and Reformer Pilates certification through an approved program* *Requirements may vary based on cohort Your Responsibilities Required Training Dates: February 4th - February 7th March 6th- March 7th March 27th - March 28th Training Components: Attend 8in-studio trainingdays(additional days may berequired, See required dates above) Attend 1 in studio test out Participate in virtual education and mentorship sessions Complete the following practice hours: Observation: 5–10 hours Self-Practice: 5–10 hours Practice Teaching: 10+ hours Assessment Requirements: Pass a written exam (score of 85% or higher) covering: Cueing & flow structure Injury awareness & contraindications Core Pilates teaching principles Teach aportionof agroupReformer Pilates classdemonstrating: Effective pacing and transitions Use ofPEACE RRcueingmethodology Proper safety modifications and professionalism Confident and engaging class delivery Post-Training Expectations Shouldbe available to regularly teachat least 8 in‑studio classes per weekat a RiserFitness ownedClub Pilates location Attend A Riser FitnesshostedClub Pilates Teacher Training Program (full scholarship will begranted).
