Assist residents with personal hygiene (bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves); aid with bathroom travel, showers, and baths. Support activities of daily living including meal serving, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, and providing fresh water between meals. Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs, weight, testing urine, and recording intake and output data.
