PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical TherapistThis is a 13-week contract position.5x8.0, Monday through Friday, 32-40 hours per week.The Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction.
