Lead Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily detailing operations, leading the detail team, and ensuring every vehicle meets high quality standards.

The ideal candidate is hands on, detail oriented, and capable of leading by example while maintaining efficiency, cleanliness, and consistency throughout the department.

Pay: $20 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the detailing team on a daily basis
• Assign work and manage workflow to meet deadlines
• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and detailed to company standards
• Inspect completed vehicles for quality and consistency
• Train new team members on proper detailing techniques and safety procedures
• Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment
• Communicate with management regarding workload, staffing needs, and quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
