Adult Neurologist – Outpatient Opportunity West Coast Neurology

Compensation: $275,000 – $400,000+ Locations: South Pasadena, Burbank, Laguna Hills, Tarzana, Pomona, or San Pedro, CA

West Coast Neurology is a well-established, physician-led neurology group serving patients across Greater Los Angeles and Orange County. We are expanding and seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Adult Neurologist to join our outpatient neurology team.

This is a full-time outpatient opportunity with no hospital call, flexible location options, strong referral demand, experienced operational support, and the ability to build a long-term general neurology or subspecialty-focused practice within a sophisticated private neurology platform.

Position Highlights:

• Primarily outpatient adult neurology

• General neurology practice with subspecialty interests welcome

• Opportunities in headache, epilepsy, clinical neurophysiology, neuromuscular medicine, movement disorders, cognitive neurology, and related areas

• Access to established ancillary services, including EEG, ambulatory EEG, EMG/NCS, Botox, and neurodiagnostic testing

• Opportunity to participate in clinical research, teaching, quality initiatives, or program development if desired

• New graduates and experienced neurologists encouraged to apply

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology

• California medical license, or eligibility to obtain l

• California licensure before start date

• Eligibility for DEA registration, malpractice coverage, and payer credentialing

• Excellent clinical judgment, documentation habits, communication skills, and patient-centered approach

• Armenian language proficiency preferred but not required, based on patient population needs

Compensation & Benefits:

• Good-faith expected base salary range upon hire: $275,000 – $400,000+, depending on experience, schedule, location, subspecialty, and anticipated clinical productivity

• Productivity bonus opportunity based on collections and personally performed or appropriately supervised services, subject to written agreement terms
