Arbor Driver

Position Summary Lawn Management Company is searching for a reliable and skilled Driver to join our Arbor Service team. The Arbor Driver will be responsible for safely operating vehicles to transport tree care equipment, materials, and crew members to job sites. In addition to driving duties, the role will assist the crew with tree trimming, removal, and other arboriculture tasks as needed. This position requires a commitment to safety, adherence to driving regulations, and a willingness to work as part of a team to support our tree care operations. This is a full‑time, benefit‑eligible role with weekly pay. Responsibilities Safely operate company‑owned vehicles (trucks, trailers, chippers, etc.) to transport equipment, materials, and crew to job sites. Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in safe working condition. Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols while driving. Secure loads properly to ensure safe transport of equipment and materials. Assist arborist crews with loading and unloading equipment and materials at job sites. Support tree‑care operations, which may include trimming, removal, and clean‑up as needed. Operate equipment such as chippers, stump grinders, and other tree‑care tools (training provided if necessary). Maintain clear communication with the crew leader and other team members to ensure efficient workflow. Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and the public. Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive attitude and helping to ensure client satisfaction on job sites. Qualifications Class B CDL with air‑brake knowledge is preferred; valid driver’s license is required. Clean driving record and ability to pass pre‑employment background and drug screening; at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes. Experience operating equipment and vehicles in a tree‑care, landscaping, or construction environment required. Experienced with navigation systems/GPS.
