Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Audience Builder & Customer Data Platform (CDP) team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, backend API development, and large-scale data platform integrations. This role involves building AI‑powered audience segmentation and activation solutions while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop React-based Audience Builder UI and customer activation workflows Build scalable APIs and middleware services for audience creation, preview, and activation Integrate applications with Databricks/Delta Lake, ClickHouse, Redis, Kafka, and Event Hubs Develop AI-assisted segmentation and customer preview capabilities Interpret application and component designs and implement solutions according to specifications Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following engineering standards and best practices Perform debugging, unit testing, code reviews, and documentation Collaborate with QA teams to validate application functionality and performance Contribute to application architecture, HLD/LLD design, and reusable component development Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, effort estimation, and release management Work closely with customers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and present technical solutions Required Skills Strong experience with: React.js TypeScript Next.js Python and/or Node.js REST APIs SQL Redis Kafka/Event Hubs Experience with modern software development methodologies including Agile/Scrum/Kanban Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Hands‑on experience with testing, debugging, and performance optimization Familiarity with DBMS, data models, and distributed systems Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills Deliver high‑quality code aligned with coding standards and project timelines Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability Reuse and enhance existing frameworks/components wherever applicable Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders Participate in technical discussions, customer demos, and conference calls Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth Proactively identify risks, defects, and improvement opportunities Performance Metrics Adherence to engineering processes and coding standards Timely delivery of assigned tasks and project milestones Code quality and defect reduction Compliance with project and organizational standards Customer satisfaction and solution quality Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or Audience Management systems Exposure to AI‑powered personalization or segmentation platforms Experience with cloud‑native architectures and scalable distributed systems Relevant technical/domain certifications are a plus Soft Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong team collaboration and leadership abilities Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving #J-18808-Ljbffr BrickRed Systems
