CDL Class A Regional Truck Driver & Owner Operator – Home Daily

Arrow Specialized Carriers, Inc. is a family-owned transportation company committed to safety, reliability, and treating our drivers with respect. We are currently hiring dependable CDL Class A Regional Company Drivers and Owner Operators to join our growing fleet.

Drivers with two (2) years of verifiable Class A CDL experience are preferred; however, we also welcome recent CDL graduates who are eager to start their careers. We provide the support and training needed to help you succeed.

Owner Operators are encouraged to apply if you have your own tractor and are looking to partner with a reliable carrier that values professionalism, safety, and consistent opportunities.

We believe in second chances. Qualified applicants with felony convictions are encouraged to apply. Employment decisions are based on the nature of the offense, job-related qualifications, driving history, and applicable regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

• Current DOT Medical Card

• Ability to pass required DOT drug screening

• Safe driving record

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Commitment to safety and professionalism

Owner Operator Requirements

• Own and operate a well-maintained Class A tractor

• Valid vehicle registration and insurance meeting company requirements

• Ability to meet DOT and company safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Two (2) years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience preferred

• Experience operating manual transmission trucks

• Experience hauling dry van, refrigerated (reefer), flatbed, tanker, or specialized freight

• Knowledge of load securement and cargo safety

• Experience using Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
