Technical Program Manager

Our client is seeking an exceptionally organized, strategic, and proactive Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive our Software Management Program. In this high-visibility role, you will be responsible for organizing and driving the Software centralization program, streamlining operational workflows, and uniting cross-functional teams around a shared vision. As a forward-thinking technology leader, you will leverage cutting-edge AI tools (such as Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT) to accelerate program delivery, optimize decision-making, and automate complex workflows. Key Responsibilities: Review the list of applications that are not currently owned and supported by TDI. Work with business and TDI leaders to come up with a software transition plan, and TDI resource capacity to support the application after the transfer. Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software transition, standardizing processes, and reducing operational friction. Work seamlessly with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Security, and Business Stakeholders to align software transfer roadmaps, establish clear program milestones, and drive accountability. Establish robust program frameworks, standard operating procedures, key performance indicators (KPIs), and progress dashboards to ensure clear alignment and visibility across all levels of leadership. Actively integrate modern AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) into daily program management practices, program status reporting, speeding up technical analysis, and boosting team velocity. Act as the primary point of contact for the Software Management Program, delivering transparent, high-impact updates, executive summaries, and strategic presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proactively identify technical dependencies, bottlenecks, and program risks, developing robust mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule and within scope. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Management, or Operations Leadership in a scaling tech company. Familiarity with modern program management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Industry certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe are a plus. Experience developing custom AI prompts or workflows for business and engineering automation.
