We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. We are a premier public golf course, with the only fully lit course for night golf. Our tournaments are featured on ESPN. Our Bi-weekly farmers market is a neighborhood go to. Key Responsibilities: Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating. Describes specials of the day to the guests. Answers questions regarding any menu item and offers suggestions of menu items when appropriate. Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food to guests promptly after preparation. Fills and re-fills water glasses and removes any place settings not being used. Clears dishes located in front of guest upon completion of course. Clears and resets tables when guests leave, to include but not limited to: changes tablecloth, brushes chairs, places chairs at table, replaces silverware and glassware, and replaces napkins. Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records. Assists & supports in inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products. Communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed. Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking. Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.
