AVP/Retail Lending Supervisor

Position Summary

As a leader in Retail Lending, you will guide a team responsible for originating and servicing residential mortgage and consumer loans, including purchases, refinances, construction, and home equity products. This role combines leadership, decision-making, and relationship building—providing direction on loan structure, supporting team performance, and ensuring compliance across the lending process. You will also help drive business growth by developing referral relationships and promoting NEBAT’s lending philosophy.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• 7+ years of bank operations experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Working knowledge of compliance, loan documentation, and bank operations
