iBanker Specialist/Customer Relations Manager I (CRM I):
As our iBanker Specialist/Customer Relations Manager I, you will play a pivotal role in our community bank, forging trusted relationships and leaving a lasting positive impact on our customers. What you'll do as the Customer Relations Manager I (CRM I):
- Process customer transactions, count money, reconcile an individual teller drawer.
- Troubleshoot with customers while providing excellent customer service.
- Effectively conduct ATM deposit review and apply holds according to policy.
- Learn, operate & navigate multiple applications simultaneously for various products/services offered.
- Recognize sales opportunities while engaging with customers to meet their financial needs.
- Maintain customer and bank confidentiality.

$15 - $28 per hour
