WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Record inspection results and complete quality documentation accurately and thoroughly.

• Identify and communicate quality issues, including out-of-specification conditions, and assist with investigations and corrective actions.

• Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Cause & Effect Reports (C&E's) as required.

• Support production by providing quality samples, inspection criteria, and guidance during manufacturing start-ups.

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality concerns and promote continuous improvement.

• Maintain organized quality records and documentation while following established procedures.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing is an asset.

• Your keen attention to detail allows you to identify defects and ensure products consistently meet quality standards.

• Confidence using measuring tools and interpreting inspection procedures or technical drawings.

• Strong documentation skills with the ability to accurately record inspection data.

• You enjoy working collaboratively with production teams to solve problems and improve processes.

• A commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• The ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
