Acute Care Nurse Practitioner

Role: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments and manage complex patient conditions in a fast-paced acute setting. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications within scope, and ensure accurate electronic health record documentation. Educate patients and families to promote understanding and engagement in care. Support safe transitions of care and contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives. Work in an innovative, inclusive environment focused on achieving excellence in patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Current licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner with authorization for acute care practice. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision‑making skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and patient education skills.
