Responsibilities Fully immerse in Pandora brand culture and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Manage the sales floor, engage with customers, and drive store sales. Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans. Surpass commercial targets, KPIs, and set new records for store performance. Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty. Coach and inspire the sales team, foster accountability, and provide real‑time feedback to achieve KPI goals. Build loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions. Recruit and hire talent, including Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Sales Leads. Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations. Implement visual merchandising directives, operational processes, and continuous talent development to ensure timely execution. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results‑oriented leader with 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance selling environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care. Ability to charm and captivate audiences and connect with people at all levels of the organization. Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results. Talent magnet skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, including succession planning and internal mobility. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Minimum 18 years of age with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift 50 + pounds, and arrive on time.
