Key Responsibilities Perform high‑volume cornea, cataract and anterior segment surgeries with a focus on excellent surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Evaluate and manage a wide spectrum of cornea, cataract and anterior segment conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including optometrists, ophthalmic technicians, and surgical support staff. Utilize dedicated ophthalmology OR space equipped with the latest surgical technologies. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Ophthalmology. Required Fellowship in Cornea Complex Cataract Surgery and Anterior Segment Surgery Experience Minimum 3–5 years post‑residency experience preferred, but not required. Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain). Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive base salary with productivity and quality‑based incentives.
