NEW Wage Scale: $23.76–$28.92 per hour
Day, Evening, and NOC shifts available

At The Dalles Health and Rehabilitation Center , we are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents and a positive, rewarding workplace for our staff. Our CNAs are essential members of our care team, delivering compassionate, hands-on support every day.

Available Positions

• Full-Time: 4 on / 2 off rotation
• Part-Time: Weekend availability required
• PRN: Day, Evening, and NOC shifts available

Essential Functions

• Respond promptly to call lights
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Safely transport residents and assist with ambulation
• Turn and reposition residents to ensure comfort and safety
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of employment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
