responsibilities:

• Configure and program multiple control systems (including Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Fanuc) to connect machine controllers, robots, and AGVs with advanced IIoT applications.

• Design and secure industrial networks, managing protocols like OPC UA, MQTT, and Ethernet/IP, while utilizing Kepware for seamless machine data exchange.

• Lead Industry 4.0 deployments from planning to execution, utilizing Ignition, documenting technical workflows, and analyzing data to drive digital transformation.

• Conduct rigorous root-cause analysis on network connectivity issues and partner with collaborative teams to resolve complex deployment bottlenecks.
