Regional Sales Manager

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on growing revenue and expanding market share across a multi-state territory. Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through distributor partnerships, channel relationships, and direct end-user engagement. Build and strengthen relationships with industrial distributors, safety equipment suppliers, and key accounts. Collaborate with distribution partners to uncover opportunities, support joint sales initiatives, and drive product adoption with end users. Identify and develop strategic key accounts while maximizing growth opportunities within existing relationships. Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and joint sales calls throughout the assigned region. Independently manage territory planning, pipeline development, and sales forecasting. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to drive continued regional growth. What Do You Bring? Proven B2B sales experience within PPE, industrial safety equipment, or a closely related industry. Strong understanding of industrial distribution channels and experience selling through distributors. Demonstrated success developing new business and growing revenue across a multi-state territory. A hunter mentality with the ability to independently prospect, open new accounts, and build a strong sales pipeline. Experience developing key accounts and building relationships with both distribution partners and end users. Strong territory management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based sales environment. Ability and willingness to travel approximately 2-3 days per week throughout the assigned region. Ideally located in Columbus, Ohio, with convenient access to the surrounding territory.
