A well-established group has 2 Primary Care Physician openings in Northwest Chicago and Western Chicago.

  • Must be BC/BE: Family, Internal, or Geriatric Physician
  • Seeking candidates with Medicare outpatient experience
  • Seeking candidates who are fluent or near fluent in Spanish
  • 100% Outpatient
  • The schedule is Monday - Friday 8-5pm
  • On-call; 3-4 times per year, 1 week duration, phone only
  • Most ages are 65+
  • Will have a dedicated Scribe and MA
  • EMR - Canopy
