Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Benefits available through Staffmark, where applicable Opportunity to work with a growing commercial property portfolio Professional, team-oriented work environment Career growth opportunities Requirements Previous experience in commercial leasing, commercial real estate sales, or property leasing Experience in business development, tenant acquisition, or lead generation Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Experience marketing commercial properties preferred Knowledge of commercial lease agreements and contract negotiations Experience with parking facility leasing is a plus California Real Estate License preferred but not required Job Duties Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy of commercial office suites and parking facilities Generate qualified tenant leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and marketing campaigns Market available commercial properties across online and offline platforms Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective tenants Present leasing options, pricing, amenities, and lease terms to potential clients Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, medical professionals, and commercial tenants Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into executed lease agreements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless leasing experience Maintain accurate records of leads, property tours, negotiations, and executed leases Prepare leasing activity, occupancy, and progress reports Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies to increase occupancy and revenue About Us At Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
