Medical Coordinator (LPN or RN)

We're seeking a Medical Coordinator to support our Region 2 locations by ensuring high-quality nursing and medical administrative services across residential homes.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and update medical records, MARs, and documentation per DDA standards
• Coordinate and schedule doctor, dental, and specialist appointments
• Communicate with pharmacies, providers, and internal staff regarding medical orders
• Track nursing schedules and support coverage needs, including limited on-call support
• Prepare training materials and assist with audits and compliance
• Ensure medical supplies and medication documentation are accurate and accessible
• Provide occasional in-home support and direct care coverage when needed

What We're Looking For:

• LPN or RN preferred
• High School Diploma or GED (required); Medical Assistant Certification or LPN license (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (TN, KY, or AL) and reliable transportation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage schedules and multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and quality care
• Must pass a TB test, background check, drug test, and agency-required training

Schedule & Requirements:

• Full-time, hourly position with guaranteed 40 hours/week
• On-call support Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM and every other weekend (rotation)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light physical duties as needed

Pay: $27.50 - $30.00 per hour
