Investor Relations / Marketing Associate (Real Estate)
Growing real estate investment firm is seeking an Investor Relations / Marketing professional to support capital raising initiatives, investor engagement, and marketing activities across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Support fundraising initiatives and investor outreach efforts
- Coordinate investor communications, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Assist with pitch decks, offering materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns
- Help execute brand positioning and investor engagement strategies
- Track investor activity and maintain CRM systems and pipeline updates
- Partner with leadership on capital raise initiatives and strategic marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Approximately 7–10 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising support, marketing, real estate, private equity, or investment management
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Experience supporting capital raising or investor engagement activities preferred
- Understanding of real estate investments and investment concepts
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High-visibility opportunity with strong growth potential supporting an entrepreneurial and expanding real estate investment platform.
