Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities Content & Brand Execution Develop and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, datasheets, presentations, trade show materials, and sales enablement content Support website updates, product messaging, and digital content creation Help maintain and evolve MAC Panel’s brand identity across all customer touchpoints Create and manage LinkedIn posts, customer announcements, and other social media content Coordinate photography, video, graphics, and other creative assets as needed Develop customer success stories, application highlights, and thought leadership content that showcases MAC Panel’s expertise and capabilities Podcast & Multimedia Content Lead the relaunch and ongoing management of MAC Panel’s podcast program as a platform for industry thought leadership Coordinate podcast planning, guest outreach, recording logistics, editing, publishing, and promotion Create supporting content from podcast episodes, including social media clips, articles, email content, and sales enablement materials Work with internal subject matter experts, customers, and industry partners to develop engaging technical and market-focused discussions Sales & Business Development Support Support the sales team with customer-facing materials, proposal graphics, presentations, and messaging Assist in organizing and executing trade shows, customer visits, and marketing campaigns Help develop targeted outreach campaigns aligned with strategic growth initiatives Maintain marketing and customer data within CRM systems Digital Marketing & Analytics Assist with email marketing campaigns, website analytics, SEO, and digital engagement tracking Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement Support ongoing CRM and marketing automation activities Assist with website content management and continuous improvement initiatives AI & Process Enablement Utilize modern AI tools to improve marketing content generation, research, productivity, and execution speed Explore and implement new AI-enabled workflows for content creation, marketing automation, and customer engagement Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and quality through technology adoption General Marketing Operations Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, printers, and contractors Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and responsiveness Support other strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO Improve internal alignment around mission, vision, values and strategic direction Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Strong written and visual communication skills Self-starter with the ability to execute independently and move quickly Comfortable operating in a dynamic, growing business environment Experience with tools such as CRM systems, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and website content management systems Interest in or experience using AI tools such as Claude, generative AI platforms, content automation tools, or workflow automation tools Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Preferred: 3–7 years of marketing experience Preferred: Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, or technical environments Preferred: Experience with WordPress, website content management, SEO, and website analytics Preferred: Experience creating or managing podcasts, video content, webinars, or other multimedia marketing programs What Success Looks Like High-quality, professional marketing materials delivered quickly and consistently Improved visibility and consistency of MAC Panel’s brand and messaging A successful relaunch of the MAC Panel podcast with a regular publishing cadence and growing audience engagement Strong support for sales growth and customer engagement initiatives Increased marketing execution speed through effective use of AI and automation tools Improved website engagement, content freshness, and digital presence Internal marketing to improve alignment around mission, vision, values and strategic direction Reliable ownership and follow-through across a broad range of marketing activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
