Seeking a full-time nanny for 3 children in Wayland

We're looking for an experienced, nurturing nanny for our 5-year-old (F) and 3-year-old twins (F/M) in Wayland. The right fit is energetic, positive, warm, proactive, organized, and enjoys facilitating engaging and enriching activities like reading books, arts and crafts, playing games, arranging playdates, library and museum trips, and more. They're also comfortable holding boundaries and navigating conflicts between siblings with positivity and care. Job includes managing all tasks related to children, including driving to and from school and activities, meal prep and feeding, tidying shared spaces, monitoring napping and quiet time, and managing children's laundry.
