Job Title : Material Handler

Location : Devens, MA

Shift : Days 7 AM-7 PM

Hourly Pay Range:

• The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $21.00-21.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Full-Time / Temporary


FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: 12-hour shift on a rotating schedule


36 hours Week one (3 Days)

48 hours Week two (4 Days)

Two days on, two days off, every other weekend

About the Role:

Handle and maintain the flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Monitor resin levels on production machines and refill materials as needed.
• Build and prepare boxes for production and shipping.
• Move materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material records.
• Work independently while meeting production goals and deadlines.
• Stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of forklift and pallet jack experience.
• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
