Job Summary: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Aviata at Brentwood, you will have the opportunity in playing a vital role providing exceptional care to our residents, delivering personalized support and assistance with daily living activities and work in a family/team environment. Responsibilities: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility Aiding in daily tasks such as phone use, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparationProviding medication reminders Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition and status Conducting rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents Assisting in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean-up Providing companionship and conversation Performing other duties as assigned Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) High School diploma or GED Must be 18 years of age Florida CNA license Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner Caregivers must complete our new hire orientationOpportunity to work in a family/team environment with a focus on delivering exceptional care to our residents Aviata Health Group participates in background screenings provided by AHCA.
