Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future Responsibilities Support the Integrated Marketing Manager, who is the point of contact (POC), owner and driver of integrated marketing plans, to enforce and ensure alignment across teams and timely execution. Lead the development of strategic creative briefs for key initiatives, ensuring alignment with divisional goals and national brand strategy. Oversee the execution and management of the integrated marketing calendar across all channels, aligning timing and messaging to maximize engagement and performance. Oversee and guide the development and localization of marketing assets, signage, events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives to strengthen regional brand presence. Lead and partner with National strategy teams to interpret campaign performance and regional market insights, using data to optimize marketing plans and drive results. Lead, enforce and uphold brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints within the region, ensuring adherence to national standards and guidelines. Monitor and enhance cross-functional collaboration between Marketing Field Coordinators and Regional Integrated Marketing Specialists. Requirements Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent; high school diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in home building, real estate, marketing or consumer-facing industries preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various communities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams. Resourceful and solution oriented. Leverage digital and analytical tools with confidence to drive insights and outcomes. Experience in home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries is a plus. General Overview of Compensation & Benefits We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $67,400.00 - $84,300, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living), and operational considerations. This position may be eligible for bonuses. This position may be eligible for commissions. This position will be eligible for the described benefits listed in the above section in accordance with Company Policy.
