Qualifications & Desired Background:

• Active Illinois license required as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
• Experience serving pediatric populations or working in school settings strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of sensory integration, with prior exposure to implementing school-based therapy goals and documenting progress
• Candidates with clinical fellowship (CF) status or new graduates are welcome
• Commitment to fostering positive outcomes and developing individualized intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track progress through clear reporting
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments

• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state regulations
