Now Hiring: Entry-Level CNC Machine Operators $23-$27/hr

Location: Cambridge, MN

Looking to start or grow your career in manufacturing? We’re hiring apprentice-level CNC Machine Operators who are eager to learn, build hands-on skills, and advance in a high-demand trade. If you enjoy working with machines, tools, and precision parts, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and gain valuable experience.

• Learn to operate CNC machines to produce precision parts in a modern manufacturing environment
• Safely load and set up materials for production runs
• Monitor machine performance (including automated systems and robotic arms) and troubleshoot basic issues
• Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to check product quality
• Perform basic inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
• Follow work instructions and production documents to keep processes running smoothly
• Handle materials throughout production (loading, unloading, moving parts)

• A strong interest in machining or manufacturing —you’re curious, motivated, and ready to learn
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience (examples: manufacturing, shop work, construction, lube technician, etc.)
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools or equipment
• Ability to follow written instructions and learn new processes
• Willingness to grow into operating CNC equipment such as mills, lathes, or automated machinery

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Cambridge, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
