Lehigh Valley Health Network, proudly part of Jefferson, is recruiting an attending Vascular Surgeon to assume an established practice from a senior retiring surgeon. The ideal candidate will have an interest and ability in all manners of arterial and venous surgery and will work across clinic, hospital, operating room, and interventional laboratory settings in the Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, and East Stroudsburg region of Pennsylvania.

Additional clinical opportunities and responsibilities are available at our teaching hospitals in the Lehigh Valley, including complex aortic surgery, limb salvage, and comprehensive venous disease care.

The role provides opportunities to teach and mentor medical students, surgery residents, and integrated vascular residents, as well as to conduct research, pursue academic scholarship, and participate in regional and national surgical societies. Clinical and administrative leadership responsibilities are available within a financially secure and vigorous regional health‑care network.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery, having trained in an integrated vascular surgery residency or vascular surgery fellowship.
• A valid Pennsylvania Medical License or the ability to obtain one is required.
