Journeys In Community Living in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a dedicated Job Coach to help people supported obtain and maintain employment by teaching essential job skills and promoting independence in real work environments.
You will provide on-the-job training, assist with transportation to interviews and sites, and document progress while collaborating with the Employment Supervisor to align with individual goals. This position emphasizes dignity, respect, and safety at work.
