Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

Churchland Animal Clinic is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. - Compensation: $15.00-$18.50 per hour, for each hour worked
- Schedule: This is a full-time position (38-40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling options , Monday-Friday and typically 1 Saturday shift per month from 7:30-2pm.
- Typical shifts run 7:30 AM-6:00 PM, with extended evening availability needed on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday until 9:00 PM.

- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
- Previous veterinary or healthcare-related front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Ability to manage a multi-line phone system while assisting in-person clients
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, professional service during both routine interactions and emotionally sensitive situations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow preferred
- Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with an energetic, close-knit team
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented during busy periods, including evening hours
