Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We're partnering with a well-established Commercial General Contractor seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee large-scale Healthcare and Hospitality projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a proven leader who excels at managing project financials, forecasting, and leading high-performing teams. What You'll Do Lead large Healthcare and Hospitality construction projects from start to finish Own project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and overall financial performance Manage schedules, procurement, contracts, documentation, and risk mitigation Lead client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships Coordinate closely with field operations to ensure successful project delivery Mentor and manage a medium-sized project team while driving accountability and results What We're Looking For 6+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor Proven experience delivering large-scale Healthcare and Hospitality projects Strong expertise in project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and cost reporting Experience successfully leading and developing medium-sized project teams Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Proficiency with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar construction management platforms Why Join?
